Bad customer service
On the 10 Feb 2020 was robbed bt the driver for Bolt in cape Town... At 09h25 drop-off after 09h28 I called him to come back course I left my wallet he unswered that he already pic up someone shortly a woman unswer and start ask me questions " m the lady that gettoff in cape Town Court? Wearing Jean dress..I sad yes then she sad they will call me back shortly they call they sad no wallet.. Iwent to the nearest police and call him then he come and sad m lying he didn't see wallet.... It was 1500 my abasa bank card and driver's licence and the reason for my wallet to be out course he aske me to check if I don't have 20r then I showed him that no only 100r and 200r m extremely unhappy course I write to Bolt support their unswer was as I already reported to the police so the driver will Waite for the call.... Wil be gratefully if Bolt can just talk to this driver to rertun my staff

bad customer service
i send one of my workers to buy yoghurt at dairy exchange 2x 500ml , when he came back i ddnt like the other flavour which s plaine yoghurt , in ten minutes time we went back together and i spoke with ROSE call her as a manager ,she refused to change me the yoghurt and i asked her as a pregnent woman you can eat somthing you dont like,, she sad she won change it that the police company , i mean for me as a customer when i went to buy to the shop i dont look around on the walls to read the comany poliecy as she sad ,, i walk out without them change it . a m not realy happy couse i ddnt slp wth yoghurt and its nort open yets as i ddnt even spent ten minutes with it
