The worst attorneys I've ever heard of. TPA Attorneys proposed settlement to the defendant. The defendant then drafted plea hence the option was then to go court. TPA attorney felt the case is beyond their capability and hence tried to milk my pocket so I'd eventually end up being with insufficient funds and then THEY terminate the case. Every now and then I'd get an invoice mandating me to pay. I SPENT more than R30 000 and I never got any robust results. This firm CLAIMS to have won complicated cases honestly the cases they have won are easy cases that every graduate attorney can do. My advice is that get yourself a legal cover and pay every month less than R150 and get covered up to R150 000 on cases or go to reputable attorneys like de Broglio Inc Attorneys which are rated very good and there is testimonies... but then it also depends on type of your case but you can still search for repeatable attorneys THAT HAVE TESTIMONIES AND GOOD RATINGS.
Buhle (staff) instructs me to put items from one luggage into another luggage. I did so and when she weighs the luggage, while I was checking in, the luggage became above the maximum weight allowed. So I was forced to pay R385 more. The staff intentionally does this so that kulula gets more money so as to compensate for the cheap prices they advertise. They playing with our minds. What's the point of booking a cheap flight and while they make you pay 3 x times more through luggage and other things. Let's stop using kulula Airlines and use other flights.
I made an insurance claim at King Price 6 weeks ago and they still haven't paid. I was given a courtesy car for 10 days after I had made a claim. "We still processing the claim", they say. Then I requested them to extend the car hire. They extended, giving additional 20 days to form the 30 day rental period. I then returned the rental car right on time . Couple of days past and R949 was debited from account. I called and inquired, King Price said they will investigate. I managed to get the invoice from the rental and the description of the debit order says "Overdue Rental Administration fee". Note that the car was taken on the 11th of October 2017 and returned on the 10th of November 2017 which is still within the 30 day rental period. So why is there an overdue fee? It's a dodgy way they using to try and acquire each and every rand there is.
