I purchased a new Corsa bib at the end of November 2022. In March of this year, I noticed the bib had developed a hole and returned it to Cycle Lab Boksburg for replacement. They contacted Ciovita who rep**** that no warranty was applicable as it was due to user error/misuse. In total the bib hasn’t been worn more than 6 times, as I was still using my old bibs as well and bought another Ciovita cargo bib with no issues I attached photos of my other bibs that I have been using for the past 2 years without any issues or defects. I decided to change brands and support local manufacturing and have to say I am disappointed in the quality and after sales service I received. I also purchased the Cargo bib and have been using it without any issues thus far and on more rides that the Corsa bib. All I want is a return email to explain why they won't fulfill my warranty claim. Regards,
