They always charge me extra mileage yet I use same routes. At some point the double deducted a charge for extra mileage and I had to prove to them. They change payment dates without verifying if that will work for me. Yet I pay extra if I can’t make payments on the agreed payment dates. Now they claim to have sent an invoice for extra million yet the only communication I received from was the increase on subscription fee.
I took a car from this people every month I’m charged for extra mileage yet I’m following the same routes. They deduct the same amounts twice they change they payment dates every time without checking if the changes works for me. They now claim to have sent me an invoice for an extra mileage of which I did not receive only that the monthly subscription will increase
I made a payment for the installation on 26th June 2025. I only received a confirmation of the order today no installation was made and no communication from them all I want is my money.

I opened a bank account on the 5th of June 2025. I was told that I will be notified when my card arrives. On the 20th I went to the branch only to be told that the card was not ordered. I was then given a temporary card and told that I can order my card on the app. However there’s no option to order a card on the app. Which means I must for the third time go to the branch for the same thing.
I consulted them after my employment contract ended they told me I have 2 Months to reinstate my policies after 3 months of lapsing. Now they are telling me that my policies lapsed in March yet my last payment was for January. They are refusing to reinstate my policies
I am currently paying for an ups that isn’t working, their technician instead of assisting me offered to sell me another for R600. Yet I’m paying every month for the one I have. These people don’t care about customers all they want is money. I logged a ticket after loose airtime trying to call them. Worst customer service ever, paid for relocation and reconnection. I spent a week without connection. I had log more than five calls. They did not follow up I had to make endless calls. Only to be told by the technician that they did not send him a payment confirmation.
I bought this five piece with two mini loaves, coke and Chips. They gave me broken pieces with snack roll without explanation. When I called them they said I should bring the meat back. Got there they claimed they do not have mini loaves. They promised to change the meat and all of sudden they had mini loaves.
