I made a payment for the installation on 26th June 2025. I only received a confirmation of the order today no installation was made and no communication from them all I want is my money.

I opened a bank account on the 5th of June 2025. I was told that I will be notified when my card arrives. On the 20th I went to the branch only to be told that the card was not ordered. I was then given a temporary card and told that I can order my card on the app. However there’s no option to order a card on the app. Which means I must for the third time go to the branch for the same thing.
I consulted them after my employment contract ended they told me I have 2 Months to reinstate my policies after 3 months of lapsing. Now they are telling me that my policies lapsed in March yet my last payment was for January. They are refusing to reinstate my policies
I am currently paying for an ups that isn’t working, their technician instead of assisting me offered to sell me another for R600. Yet I’m paying every month for the one I have. These people don’t care about customers all they want is money. I logged a ticket after loose airtime trying to call them. Worst customer service ever, paid for relocation and reconnection. I spent a week without connection. I had log more than five calls. They did not follow up I had to make endless calls. Only to be told by the technician that they did not send him a payment confirmation.
I bought this five piece with two mini loaves, coke and Chips. They gave me broken pieces with snack roll without explanation. When I called them they said I should bring the meat back. Got there they claimed they do not have mini loaves. They promised to change the meat and all of sudden they had mini loaves.
I ran out of Petrol and I needed to go to the bank as my card had problems. So I spoke to a staff member there , she directed me to the nearest branch. So left my car there, there was a foreign national guy watch me as I left. When I came back my car had been clamped so asked who do I speak to the other staff members pointed at the foreign national guy who did not respond. Then I decided to approach then he was rude saying I didn’t speak to him. How was I supposed to know that I needed to speak to him. I went to the manager, explained my situation. What was mostly disappointing was an elderly Xhosa speaking man denied that the foreign national guy was rude. As if that was not enough, after my car was released they refused to assist me with petrol, until their manager instructed one of them to assist. By this time there were other customers waiting by they acted busy just to avoid serving me. Never go to that establishment as a lady having car problems.
I bought an iphone 12 pro cash at experimax canal walk in September 2023. It started giving me problems at the beginning of December 2023, I took it in for assessments on the 31st of December 2023, I was told that it will have to be booked in. I decided that I will book it on the 6th of January 2024 as I needed to use it for business. On the 6th of January 2024 an assessment was done and the phoned booked in. I was informed that it might be ready on the 7th which the following day. on the later on the 6th I was told that my phone had been taken back to the supplier and they will inform me when its ready. On the 8th of January 2024 I followed up I was informed that its not back yet. I phoned again this morning the 9th of January 2024, I was told that they are going to consult the manager regarding my phone and phone me back and never phoned me. I decided to follow up and they since have not pick up my calls. I then called their branch in Tygervelly they promised to follow up and get back to me. My business is suffering due to this lack of communication and transparency regarding my phone.
