I went to Glitz&Glamour in October to select the blinds I needed. On the 1Nov, the owner came to my place to take final measurements in which I was told the blinds will be delivered 10 working days. I was told to secure 50% deposit immediately. Which I did on same day I was told to pay. 10 working days passed still no blinds and no message from Glitz. I then made a follow up on the 16 Nov and was told it takes 14 working days. I then went back to the their shop on the 18 Nov to enquire why blinds are taking long. I was told 14 working days has not expired. I have made several follow up on the phone , the owner was rude Or the phone hanged up. On the 22 Nov I made another follow up, I was told the blinds will arrive on the 23Nov and that I should pay the balance. The balance was paid on same day the 22Nov & proof of payment was send to them immediately. The following day the 23 +24 I followed up again and I was told the money has not reflected in thei account yet . On the 25 I called the store spoke to Fahima who claimed they still have not received the money and she told me that they can’t install the blinds unless the money reflects. I then demanded proof that money has not reflected in their account and again they hanged the phone down. I went to the shop again and asked to see proof that they did not receive the money, she insisted she did not. She then told me I should have ordered the blinds early and I should have paid early. That they have other customers to take care of before me. She then showed me a waiting list that clearly shows they received the funds from me on the 24. At this time it was no longer about the money they lied they did not receive , i was told I should have ordered blinds early yet I was given a turnaround time from the shop and I followed up based on their time schedule they provided. Later on the 25 the store owner calls me, harassed and insulted me. He even put it on sms that I’m a piece of ****. For now I want nothing but need my money back in full. I have not received the goods and services I was promised but instead I have faced trauma and insults from the store owner and his wife Fahima
