Good day I would like to send my gratitude and thanks African bank Rosebank branch for the service they gave me, after trying with 4 branches and failed but Rosebank branch went extra mile for me, they showed empathy and sympathy to me, the service I received was extremely excellent. I have warranty insurance with Bidvest , after lodging a claim they said they can only pay 10k, and the while amount which was quotated by service provider was 48k to fix my car, now I can't get 38k as they are willing to pay 10k only and I've been trying to rise that money but I can't due to family responsibilities, so now the purchase order is set to expire next week, I emailed them to notify them that I can't rise the initial balance, so please pay me that 10k to my account I will see what to do as time goes by, they're telling that they can't pay me direct, which I was not told during the time I was taking the policy and even on my contract I can't see it. This is day light *******, before I go to ombudsman can I please get the management of Bidvest warranty team to contact me and clarify on this issue, I can't he ****** like this.
Do not ever take insurance with Bidves insurance, they're ********s, I have a warranty insurance with them, by the time I launched my claim, they told me to take a car to the workshop and sent them a quote which I did, I have never missed a premium before I launched a claim, they didn't even call me after I've sent all the necessary information and documents they wanted, and the claim was logged in August 2023, until November my claim was not settled, then i stopped paying the premises because they're giving me problems , now that they see that the premium didn't go through, the told be that the assessor put my claim on hold due unsuccessful debit order, so asked them they noticed that the money is not in, why didn't see that am still waiting for my claim to he settled, they someone calls me and told me i should make arrangements then when the assessor sees an email of arrangement they will settle my claim which I did, but still after two weeks no reply, now tey are telling me that my claim is cancelled. This is day light *******, never take anything from bidvest insurance, first thing tomorrow morning am going to contact the office of ombudsman to report them and am going to sue them, i will fight with them until the end.
I opened a credit card, which was approved and went to the branch to get the card as per our discussion, when I get to the branch I had a problem with my fingerprints which they took my id and sent it to HQ for them to bypass, since then I have not get any reply from them when I call call centre they send from pillar to post and when I call the branch they are waiting for the manager whose always at the meeting, where can I complain?
Can I please get my credit bureau profile because I paid all my debt but when I apply for credit they keep on saying based on your credit bureau profile you don't qualify but I don't have any debt remaining and my credit score is up to date, I can't even get hold of them can anyone please assist.
I've been waiting for prescription letter and it's been two weeks now I haven't got anything on my email, when I call they keep on saying we will send it, am tired.
I've been battling with this person to get my prescription letter, the stuff is very rude they give false information and after that they don't even answer their phone, I spoke to qcanza I don't even know how to pronounce her name, she said she will lodge a complaint and she will give me feedback today even now nothing, I asked for manager they said I must email her still they can't reply or get back to you, today I tried calling them no one is picking the phone, can anyone please telle where can I lodge a formal complaint about this company.
