Luciano Tutors for UNISA students - scammers
Luciano Tutors are the worst scamsters out there. Not only are they an online business (ONLY), so you cant call or go to their offices, they dont respond to emails. I paid for an assignment pack and didn't receive all that was due to me. I received 2 of the 4 assignment packs. When I emailed them with the query they were always looking into it and never came back to me. Bunch of scamsters. Never ever use them, beware. Places that are only only and have no telephone number or physical address are the worst.

Poor Customer Service
I had the worst experience Hammond Poole Attorneys Debt Collection department, Thulani Nkambule to be specific. I was wrongfully harassed by them for an MTN account I supposedly owed, which to their realization i actually dint owe. I'm not sure if Hammond Poole train their Debt collectors to be this rude and abusive to consumers. Which by the way Thulani made it very clear to me I'm not customer but MTN is. he has no obligation to me. He is a very unprofessional individual and hope that his paths never have to cross again with another complainant. I expect a written apology from Hammond Poole and MTN for wrongfully tarnishing my name and sending their "S****ed Specialists" to do their dirty work for them. If this is how you pride yourself in collecting debt Hammond Poole, shame on you. You have no clue the veracity of damage your wrongful accusations have had on my life.
