Please explain to me why I signed up for a R199 contract with Red now they deducting R212 . Please email ********** with explaination and statement by mid day latest thank you.
I think communication between hosts/waiters are important. Waiter A serves me , its 18h45 and I'm aware that the half price on ****tail ends at 19h00 . I ask the waiter if I could please get the special but have my second ****tail later the evening...he agress and waiter B then bring ****tail one ... moments later waiter B tells me I didnt make it in time and waiter A didnt inform him about anything. He tells me that he will try and find the person who served me....its been 20min and Im still waiting , typing this experience out on my pad ...what turned out to be chilled sunset has now turned into an awkward wait and a customer feeling neglected because no one cares about her simple bill... its been a hectic Monday and because I had been here the Sunday , I thought I could be a potencial regular but this experience has just put a damper on my perspective ....its going on to 30 min and still no one has clarified what I ordered, but then I just a mere customer compared to the other full tables ranking up their bills :) ... thank you Obilivion.
I received an email stating that my membership has been reinstated after a long unnecesary battle when an incorrect amount double the agreed amount was debited. Finally after getting the correct amount deducted I am now told that my account is still in arrears...HOW CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE REINSTATED EVEN WHEN THERES AN ARREARS?????? HOW MUCH AIRTIME DO I HAVE TO WASTE CALLING AND CONFIRMING A SIMPLE REQUEST. I PHONED ON MONDAY AND ITS NOW WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND IM STILL BATLLING. I REQUEST THE "ARREARS AMOUNT" BE WRITTEN OFF BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY MY DEBIT WOULD BE TAKEN OF R677 THAT WOULD ENABLE ME TO BE REINSTATED I WAS NEVER AWARE ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT... THE FACT I HAD TO CALL IN 5TIMES AFTER ONE SIMPLE REQUEST IS UNACCEPTABLE. I ASKED AGENT RONEL WHAT OTHER AMOUNT IS NEEDED BESIDES R677 AND SHE DIDNT CONFIRM ANY OTHER AMOUNT FOR ME TO BE REINSTATED
Hectic service failure. Yesterday morning Thuli in debt collections promises that only the debit order for my reinstatements would go off and my cancelation debit order which is double the cost would not go off...Later on after no debit order goes off , I phone in AGAIN and Lexi confirms that the only thing that was actioned is the cancelation debit order WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE CANCELLED. Im still not reinstated because no debit order had been actioned even though , it was promised...HECTIC SERVICE FAILURE GUYS
