Thank you to Goodman Mandela for helping me find a perfect policy for my dog. He took his time to explain in details so I can be able to make an informed decision.
My name is Elizabeth Mdiniswa, I have been trying to cancel the policy for almost two weeks now and no answer nothing when you call they say it's in process as if I am claiming. I want them out of my persal it's a pain.
I received a call from a consultant nemad Mpilo Stofu and she was very helpful in explaining the policy conditions and I was happy with her service.
I received a quick response from MiWay.
My experience with my way was good, I just left it because I could not afford it anymore
Amanda Gcumisa help me and she was very polite and was interested in making sure that I get the best deal in car insurance and I am a happy client.
The experience with Pontso was great and she helped with what I needed.
I wrote a review about vodacom few days ago and vodacom promised to contact me and even today I am still waiting for their call and I don't think they have any intentions to do so.
My 24 months contract with vodacom ended in the middle of June and I phoned them in time to say they must cancel it because I don't want to renew. They promise to cancel it but strangely enough I was receiving calls from their upgrade department trying to convince me to upgrade my account but I was refusing. On the 1st I realized that the Sim card was still active and they put monthly data and today I got the statement. I really do not need this account anymore and vodacom cannot force me to continue with while my contract is finished. Can you please help me to get out of this situation. Regards Elizabeth Mdiniswa
I prematurely cancelled two of my Vodacom contracts two months ago. And few weeks ago I find out that the money that I paid was too much and is now credit in my account. I phoned so that they can refund me and they say I must send my proof of payment to pop@vodacom .co.za and I did that. After few days I phoned to find out when am I getting my money back they say I must send a bank statement for the account were the money will be deposited and they say I will also get an sms. Till today nothing is happening and phoning Vodacom is very frustrating because you get different people who tell you what they think not what is right.
