Lousy Service from lousy bank capitec
I called the bank at about 9:00 stayed on thr call for about 10 minutes and Sharrol kept me holding ,asked irrelevent questions and still could not help me . This bank is now becoming very bad ,sies maan

The most inefficient company
Old Mutual is the most inefficient company with no updates and unnecessary delay in payments. I went to the branch on the 8th Oct 2022 and today I dont even know whats happening to the transaction.

Lousy customer service at old mutual
I was on a call with old mutual consultant Lindelwa who rudely retirned my call on a queue . She requested a ref. number,pute on hold amd still ask me whats my query about and then decided to out me back on queue. Old mutual is inefgicient amd useless,very quick to sign you up but lousy customer service

Lousy Old Mutual Crooks
I went to withdraw money on the 08th Aug 2022 ,on the 11th Aug 2022 I was told it will be on my account in 3 working days . Today the 18th Aug 2022 the money has still not been paid by these crooks. I spoke to Feroza in CS she says OM does not know what happened. What nonsense is that?

Lousy service from old mutual
I went to old mutual branch in westgate to withdraw money from 2 polices , they made 1 payment and I really don't know when are they going to pay the outstanding amount. I called their call centre and it was really a waste of time.

PVR features forced on me by dstv
PVR features forced on me by the media bullies multichoice. I never requested pvr features but I am told have them.and have to.pay. What's worse is you don't know where to report them because icasa simply does not respond to complaints against dstv

Silindelo a CS superstar and knowledgeable consultant
I called dstv about 5 times just to get assistance on linking one of my packages on my app,all people I spoke to don't know how to help only Silindelo was able to help me. Thank you Silindelo I truly appreciate your help hope they can pay you more than the time waisters

Confusing trading hours westgate old mutual and bad customer service
Old mutual west gate has trading Hours starting 9:00 on their website but on site they have 9:45. At 9:50 these blood suckers were still not opened ,one person from there said they are in training. What a lousy customer service
