On September 13th 2017 i made a call to a company by the name of Take Note Trading situated in Milnerton. My cloud nine hair iron needed to be repaired and i was told it will cost R650.00 I received my iron back October 10th only to find out that it was still broken. I had already paid them when i collected it.I was told to bring it back AGAIN. I then dropped it off again. Another month had gone by and i was told it was ready to collect. I was shocked to find out that it was still not repaired. December 2017 and i am still sitting with a broken iron and they are refusing to refund me. Sharon and Desmond are very unprofessional . They always say they will call you back but never do. I had the phone slammed down in my ear more than once after i demanded a refund . I was even told that they dont need me or my money , Yet they refuse to refund me. During the time that they had my hair iron i had to call them numerous times. Not once did they call me back. Please do not make use of this companies services as they are a bunch of liars . Poor service. In my case they didnt even provide me with a service.All they did was take my money. I am a very unhappy customer. After all the problems i had with them there was no way that i was going to send my iron back . Its December 8th and they still refusing to give me a refund. Sharon Craig and Desmond are the worst. Dont even think about doing business with this company Please save yourselves the time effort and money. Terrible terrible experience!
