My son made a laybuy in June and collected it the end of July. When he got home he fitted the tekkies and it was too big. I've called the Capetown branch and explained what have transpired (the reason why he never fitted the tekkies) The Store manager (Ash) was very rude and very unhelpful saying he's Staff didn't do anything wrong and just said they will not exchange or do a refund. When I've asked for the Regional manager contact details he said will not give it to me and put the phone down in my ear. Is this how you deal with customers and is this customer services? As long as you have received the R2100 you don't care what happens after?
