We have a claim: 20120**** for a burst Geyser and it for my Dads place, he is 67 years old. The Claims Clerk assigned to the claim told me she will not pay out the claim. People be careful using Santam as they say one thing but practice another. I am insured with Discovery and they are amazing. you will never have an issue. The lady Vicki Nzuza attended to the claim at Santam and we received the worst service ever. i will be moving my dad's insurance from them to discovery I then received a call from a lady by the name of Irene who spoke very nicely but they still do not want to pay out the claim. So Santam change their policy according to Irene where they no longer do cash settlements, this correspondence was sent to brokers and not to direct clients. If we had known this we would have moved insurance companies by now.
The worst company to be insured by. The worst Custer service I ever received. Outsurnace send an sms to customers 4 months before they increase your premium. I called into them in February to cancel my car insurance because I got a better quote and premium I could afford with 1st for woman, they decrease my premium just above what I was paying and I agree to stay with them, I'm April they decide to up my premium and deduct an amount we had not agreed on. I have been trying for over 2 weeks for some to fix this, I called in again today I was sent though to the review department they said they call me back and here we are, no call back Pathetic service
Policy number: O T 59055672 About 3 weeks ago a taxi knocked into my car and damaged the left side of my vehicle, I've been insured with outsurance for 2 years without claiming. Outsurance has a virtual assessment done on your vehicle by their customers sending through pictures of the damages, no physical assessments are done. I completed the virtual assessment and they quoted me an amount of R25,357.30, I thought that amount is incorrect because my door and side panel is severely damaged. I asked outsurance for panel beaters on their panel to take my car to as I wanted a physical assessment done, they referred me to Stikland Body and Spray Works, so I take time off from work and go get the quote from the above panel beaters, Damas body works and Dent Experts, Stikland body and spray works had quoted me R70 369.79, Damas body works quoted me R55 255,57 and Dent Experts had quoted me R54,978.51. I was told by each of these experts that my passenger door and side panel would have to be replaced and that's why the amounts were soo large. I sent these quotes to outsurance and they went back to Stikland body and spray works and brought the quote down to R25,357.30. Outsurance does not want to replace my parts they want to fix the damage when I was assured by a panel beater on their system that fixing the damaged parts would not work out as the damage is not fixable. My car was financed 2 years ago when I bought it, it is still new. I pay insurance to ensure that accidents are covered, I pay a comprehensive insurance with Outsurance just to receive such disgusting services. Outsurance basically got a 60% discount from Stikland body and spay works where the panel beaters quoted me R70 369.79 they reassessed my quote to R25,357.30 to fix parts instead of replacing them, they also shrank the quote by removing the damages to the passenger rim. So outsurance performs miracles with their panel beaters to ensure your vehicle gets fixed but with the leat amount of work put into your property. This is the **** service you will receive if you join outsurance. They literally want me to drive around with body filler instead of having my vehicle fixed with replacement parts, what a **** insurance company, they will scam your claim to pay out the least amount making panel beaters do the ****tiest job. Stay away from outsurance, they will give first timers super high excess fees without good consultations and won't cover the damages of high priority costs. This is the worst insurance company to cover you, you will pay and pay but when it comes to them actually doing their job to cover you, they will give you the worst service. DO NOT JOIN OUTSURANCE.
My sisters and I were Walking around Glengarry mall and came across a cake store ... The sweet tooth is evident we love delicious cake. We came across crazy Daisy it was quite convenient just to go in and buy cake ... We get to the till and this damn old lady ( I'm sure she's the owner ) gives us a look of appall, quite disgusting sales method I'd say ... Yes I'm indian she's white, who are you able to give such ugly attitude to a customer. Is it such a shocker to see another race walk into your store? This is a free country. If you don't want business with another race please type it on your door mat. I'd advise anyone to never support this horrible old lady.
