I really don't know why woolworths is letting nimblesto delay with our accounts and they are lying to customer that they have outstanding balance but we know that the account is prescribed.
I made a claim Friday last week and I sent all documents, I called to confirm they said everything is fine now I'm calling again outstanding documents.. Their service is bad we are struggling even airtime to call them but we don't get good customer service. I can't do anything because of them
they dont even reply on my emails for clearance certificate they are just ****ing us
It's 2 months waiting for the clearance certificate as they requested all docs sent no communication at all
I hate this company I settled my account and then they said they will update it within 21days but they did not. And I'm sending emails every day they don't reply bad service
