I made an immediate payment from my capitec account to my Standard Bank account on 19 November 2025 (Wednesday) at 17:57 , till now 21 November 2025 05:45 the payment has not reflected. I called Capitec over 10 times yesterday 20 November 2025, I was told they had issues with their payments on Wednesday but why is that my problem while I paid a fee for the payment to reflect immediately????
I am extremely dissatisfied with ABSA Car Finance. My car almost got repossessed due to two months of arrears, and the entire process has been incredibly stressful. I received no communication or support from ABSA, and I’m left feeling like no one at ABSA is being held accountable. On 5th March 2025, Sthembile Zwane sent me a WhatsApp message, and when I requested an email with more details, he sent it on the same day. However, when I asked if the amount mentioned included March 2025, he completely ignored me. Only on 31st March, I received an email from Deon Smith. When I called him, he demanded payment immediately and threatened repossession. It felt like he couldn’t wait to take my car, and despite me being emotional and in tears, there was no compassion or willingness to assist in resolving the situation, all because of just two months' arrears. I also tried to sell the car through ABSA, but was told that it was too old to sell. So, my question is: why was ABSA willing to finance the car in the first place if it’s considered "too old" now? This entire situation has left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. I demand ABSA respond to my concerns and provide a solution. This has been far too much to handle with no empathy or assistance, and I would appreciate urgent clarification on how ABSA intends to resolve this matter.
I joined Planet Fitness Silver Lakes a week ago, but I decided to cancel my membership soon after. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach out to the club manager to address my cancellation, I received no response. I was also not redirected to the correct individuals or given proper guidance on how to go about it. Now, it has been two months, and I am still being charged for a membership I no longer want. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the difficulty in getting this issue resolved. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my membership and expect prompt attention to this matter. It's disappointing to have such poor customer service after signing up, and I hope the management can take action to improve this process for future members.
I was with Bonitas till August 2022, all my payments were up to day and today I received an email from SSDA regarding collections and demanding money from me. Over a year and now Bonitas feel fit to say I owe then while I paid them and moved to Discovery which I am glad I did because Bonitas is a ****!!!!

I am so disappointed in Absa telling me to go to a branch for a debit order reversal. Why must I go to the branch when I have a full-time job? I need that debit order reversed I need my money back!!! I cant trust Absa with my money anymore seems like its not trustworthy anymore as they allow anything to happen to their clients accounts and when you dispute they tell you about a branch, when and how when I need the money now????
Capitec why am I receiving a message that “ a Section 129 letter of notice has been posted in terms of the National Credit Act. Call 0860667718 to avoid legal action” this is not even month end I don’t even receive statements no formal correspondence via email has been sent before this message what madness is this it’s honestly a tough period for all South Africans the least you guys can do is communicate with your customers
My membership was cancelled by Virgin Active without my consent. I understand my account is in areas but better customer service is needed. The consultant I dealt with was rude and telling me that the first consultant that advised me is new . So that means the new consultants are not trained to advise customers? I did not sign anywhere to pay a cancellation fee if I dont cancel my own contract. Virgin Active SA please advise on this
I had 2 debicheck go off my account last month both unauthorized when I tried to reverse the money Absa told me they cant reverse. When I try to stop the debi check Absa tells me they cant stop it so what must happen now? Anyone can come and do debi checks on our accounts without approval and have your bank not being helpful? I am highly disappointed and dont feel like my money is safe with Absa anymore:(
I have a credit card and access facility from Capitec. I had arranged to pay 1000 for the credit card and 1000 for the access facility. Last month Capitec debited from my Absa account making it a de*****eck without my approval. As a customer I feel like my rights have been deeply violated regardless if I owe or not.
