I am being debited by Cartrack every month, despite not having an account or any services with them. I have never signed up for anything with Cartrack, yet money is being taken from my bank account without my consent. I have called their customer service multiple times over the past month, and each time I’m told something will be done, but nothing ever happens. I’ve also sent several emails which are being ignored, and the debit orders continue. I’ve asked them to cancel the debit order and provide an explanation, but they refuse to take accountability or assist in resolving this issue. This is not just bad service — this is unauthorized access to my bank account. I’ve reported this to my bank and will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) and the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA) if it's not resolved immediately. Cartrack: I demand an immediate stop to all debit orders, a full refund of all amounts deducted, and a written explanation of how my banking information was obtained.
