Squirewood Investments 37 have shops to rent in corner of Queen and Langerman drive in Kensington . We have paid a deposit on the 02/02/2018 , as we were interested in renting one of the shops. The agent by the name of Deena advised us to pay a deposit so that we will hold the shop for us. We have many meeting with Deena , she had also given us the shop keys to view whenever we need to. She insisted us to pay the deposit knowing that the building has been sold. After we paid the deposit R3900, we advised us the next day that the building was sold and we should meet with the new owners. we have met with Andries who is the new owner and he advised that the shop we wanted to rent that the rent will be more and not what Deena advised us on and will give us a smaller shop. which we were not interested in. We had then phoned Deena for our refund and she advised that the account lady will do a refund and we must send our banking details. Which we have done and followed up again and again with the accounts lady . My husband was highly frustrated and had been rude to the accounts lady who promised to call us. The Manager named Keith had called my husband and ask him why did he swear the accounts lady and he apologized to him and he assured us we will get our refund within a week. I then called Keith after a week and asked him for the refund he said they busy reconciling their book and they will refund us with the next week. I still said to him , i don't understand what the reconciling of the account has to do with my refund as we did not sign any contract or any other documents. All we have is the proof of payment that we have paid R3900 into their account which Deena gave to us. Then nor Deena or Keith will take our calls so I have messaged Keith more than five times but will not respond. I then stared calling Andries the owner she also promised that we will get paid by last week the 23 February 2018 and he will speak to Keith and sort it out.Still nothing happened . I called Keith the 01/03/2018 he told me to send him the banking details and he will pay me yesterday. Still nothing , I again sent Andries , he a message which he didn't respond, so I called him today he then gave the phone to Keith who said that payment will be done today by 3.00pm which nothing was done. I asked him if I don't get the money today what must i do , Keith then became very rude and dropped the phone down on my ear. I honestly think that these people are all fraudsters including the agent and the manager . I advice that people should not rent shop with these people who make money from innocent people who earn hard work money.So are earning interest on my money.
We have an internet cafe in Jules Street , Marlvern. We had a contract with Wirulink for interent services which had been running for the past five months . During November 2017 we could not get any internet coverage and contacted them. They took 5 days to attend to the call which every day within the five days they promised that their technician were on their way. which was a lie . We called like ten times a days and get the same response technician on their way. Eventually when they came we were told that they cant do any because the tree had grown and they cannot get signal. On the 29 November 2017 they took all their equipment and informed us that they will refund us within 3 day. which they did not do until today the 6 December 2017. I have spoken to a manager by the name of Shannon who promised payment by the 5 December 2017. We have lost business now for three weeks because of Wirulink and their empty promises . They also debited my son account ,which they need to refund us.
