FNB Stole My cheque
a cheque in my name issued by the CITI Bank JHB on behalf of the Portuguese social services never reached my hands. After querying with social services they mailed me a letter with a copy of the cashed (stamped) cheque to prove i was paid. The cheque made out in my full name was cashed by someone else at the FNB Randburg Branch. The FNB branch NOR anyone else i have spoken to at the bank is willing to assist. I have posted a comment here and immediately got a reply that someone would contact. still waiting. Hoping hello peter will get someone attention so i can get my money. FNB cashed this money for themselves and i must just be ok with it cause its theres now. Randburg Branch sais they need to identify who is at fault HAHA while i have shown them proof of the cashed cheque at their branch. THIEVES, stealing my money and refusing to to give any feedback

Wheres my money
In July 2017 i received a letter from the Portuguese consulate stating that the monies owed to me have been paid out and the cheque was banked 23-06-2016. they even sent me a copy of the cheque as proof which i have cheque was written by Citibank Johannesburg made out in my full name stamped not transferrable Also stamped by FNB Randburg Square 23-06-2016 I have been chasing Portuguese social services for my funds since April 2013 The money is mine but i have not seen it, can FNB PLEASE explain July 2017 Call FNB Fraud line - Sorry sir we dont deal with that type of fraud, only cards etc Call FNB Enquiries - Sorry sir, The best is go to the branch Walk into the branch - Ticket No : 95, 2017-07-17 11:46 After numerous e-mails on the 03-10-2017 i get this as final reply "Goodday The investigators are finalising their report. The investigation is to identify whom is at fault and whom should be compensated. I had a meeting with them yesterday and from what i can advise you is that the refund will be done to the bank that issued the cheque and they will provide you with a new cheque. As this was not involving your FNB banking account. " Hoping hellopeter gets the attention of someone that can make FNB understand that the funds are mine and were paid out of FNB (Randburg Square)to someone other than myself if the cheque was lost in transit, or something then yes i would go to source BUT the cheque was paid out of source to FNB already Regards
