(Website is applianceguru.co.za) Sold me a spare part for my broken fridge but never solved the problem. Refused to take spare part back and refund despite supposed 6mth warranty on repairs. Follow up calls to reassess the problem were made only after many phone calls and never at the promised day or time, keeping me waiting for days on end. After a month of dealing with Mind Tshabangu i gave up and cut my losses.
My sister and family flew from JNB - DBN on 22 Dec. Luggage didnt make it. It is now 30h later and we have not had a word as to where the luggage is and when it might be delivered. I have even offered to drive to King Shaka to collect but noone is able to confirm if luggage is there or with the courier company. It has seriously spoiled my family's holiday. Tomorrow is xmas eve and all the kids presents are in the luggage. The lack of communication is shocking with phone lines not being answered and not updates provided. Absolutely shocking service
Still waiting for delivery of my online purchase 2 weeks later. Whats worse, none of the published numbers get answered (or get answered and phone gets put down). Emails to dont get responded to. Ahmed, who is apparently one of managers there, doesn't answer this ohone, and when he eventually did he promised to get back to me with an answer, which he still hasn't. I must have made over a 50 calls in the last week and am still no closer to having the issue resolved
