Unacceptable - Disgrace

We have booked our staff into this Bed and Breakfast for 3 nights total cost R 8 400.00 for 4 people. Upon arrival this guest house was shared with a family Mom, Dad and 3 Kids whom it belongs to. Our staff had to watch kid’s channels they did not have a choice to watch what they wanted to watch. The cherry on the cake was the owners had a party for their private friends and our staff did not get any rest due to the noise and disturbance. In the Green room the shower door was broken off it was just placed against the shower and when you wanted to shower you had to remove the door and shower and put it back again the rooms are very small and unpractical. The shared room was very small, it is too small to share this must be a single room. There were No Privacy. How can you book rooms at a rate of R 700 per person per night and yet you share a private house with a family. Additional arrangements had to be made to accommodate them elsewhere. When we complained about the noise and the kids Lindie van der Merwe the owner asked our travel manager if they are not use to children making noise. How is staff supposed to do a full day of work when they have to come home to a Bed and Breakfast with a house full of noisy kids? Unacceptable.
