Shocking Customer Service........or lack thereof. Been trying since May to get through to the PASTEL support centre and each and every time I get the same message...."we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes......and I hold and hold and hold. Then I get NO reply to my emails sent to support and now apparently there is a Live Chat......well the message that appears is......"all our consultants are currently busy......blah blah blah. I desperately need to sort some stuff out on my Pastel Express........maybe I will get a response now????????????
BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!!!! Have been trying for the past month to sort out my re-registration and VAT issues. No one answers at the call centre. For re registration the registration department lady put me through to client services who also never answer their phones .......I now can't get into Pastel AT ALL............and can't speak to anyone...........I can's say that their service sucks......BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!!!
ALTECH NETSTAR......I had 2 tracking devices installed 3 months ago. Since then, I have been incorrectly billed for 4 tracking devices, with additional costs of which I know nothing about. I emailed them on 28 November (on the email address provided on their website and inside their booklet), and I got a read receipt notification. I heard NOTHING from them regarding this query and so I emailed them again on 7th Dec......same thing......read receipt received but NO REPLY from Altech Netstar. Emails were sent to Consumer queries, so I'm pretty sure it went to the right department. I am DISGUSTED by their non existant customer service. I will be cancelling my tracking devices with them and will look for another company that actually want me as a client!
