The worst BMW service department there is! They do not feedback, they have no answers for you - very non chalante and couldn’t be bothered with their clients.
I ordered a dress in October, there was a delay with customs - guess what? I am still waiting! That dress was not an expensive high value item that it would take so long in customs. My other issue is the lack of communication from Fashion Hub with updates! I have mailed now three days ago and I've had no response with this. I want a refund and never to use this site ever again!
