Very dishonest no care for customers. My mom was terminaly ill my brother so my brother was unable to use their service. He was with in the cooling period to recieve his R5000 refund. But they said that thier 7 days includes weekends and public holidays which is not stated in the contract. The pa to director gave us the run around for weeks and adressed my brother with an incorrect name and blocked him and threatened legal action go read their facebook reviews and see they have no compassion or care or basic customer service
My account was stopped without my knowledge by capitec bank I only find out when someone is trying to deposit money into my account. I have being a loyal customer of capitec bank for over 5 years I'm itc clear I have no criminal record or history of fraud I have a stable job and capitec stops my account on grounds that iv applied at the Lewis group with fraudulent bank statements.when I ask who I can speak to with regards to fixing this as I did apply for a Lewis account my ex husband has an existing account so Lewis does have access to my Id and personal details I have not submitted fraudulent banking details to Lewis Stores so capitec can stop my account when I'm credit clear criminal clear have no history with fraud and had an account with them for over 5 years they can right me off without even alerting me of this when iv been a loyal client I will resolve this issue with the Lewis group but I will never ever recommend or use capitec ever again I will switch my 14 000 salary a month to a bank that will be there for me and my needs Taren SHAW ********** 373 ********** 451449
