I paid for a so called 3 months program. I cancelled and asked for a refund beacuse the whole thing just felt wrong. The cheap salesperson, Brian who makes promises and is quick to take my money but wont pay it back. I never used their products or had any treatment with them and it doesn't look like I'll ever see my money again. I regret ever coming across these people and I hope that this review prevents other people from making a mistake and trusting these crooks.

I am still waiting for my products which I was supposed to receive in 2020. I have been communicating with Richard's PA because Richard is too high and mighty to respond to emails or calls. I think I must just email Mr Malema. He will help for sure.

Very dishonest no care for customers. My mom was terminaly ill my brother so my brother was unable to use their service. He was with in the cooling period to recieve his R5000 refund. But they said that thier 7 days includes weekends and public holidays which is not stated in the contract. The pa to director gave us the run around for weeks and adressed my brother with an incorrect name and blocked him and threatened legal action go read their facebook reviews and see they have no compassion or care or basic customer service

Richard and Talluh are like the Mario and Ghato from Pinocchio! Not only did they try and steal ALL Advanced Hair Studio"s clients and were sued successfully to leave Joburg but I waisted R100's of thousands. Not only is it INSANELY traumatic to loose your hair but they totally take advantage of it. The ANXIETY I suffered from this hair falling out ....coming loose, GLUE IN THE HAIR - ordering the WRONG hair over and over that literally looked like a skunk on my head with a STRAIGHT hairline and then refusing the refund me. When you confront Richard he is SO ****Y and become aggressive as he knows you have no options. KARMA IS A B*TCH .... remember that. I am going to SUE for emotional trauma I had to go through. DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT - I am now bold and rock it !

I was contacted by "The Owner" on my google review and informed: "This is certainly not the way we treat our clients or conduct our business. Please contact the Head office in Durban ... " After reaching out to them as requested I was replied to by someone called "Brian Gray" and was told :" I would like to assist you in the concern you raised on our review page. Please feel free to pop me a mail when you are available for us to discuss the matter" After then replying to Brian, I didn't hear back from them. So I waited 8 days before finally following up again and was then told by Brian: " Sorry for the late response, its been a mad house here. I was advised that this matter was dealt with you through our lawyers. " Seems then this is EXACTLY how Hair Renewal Studios does business! They make fake promises they CAN NOT KEEP and set unrealistic expectations! I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted by the terrible service provided by them yet again! Why would this company even make a fake promise like this on a public review? Was it all just to try and save face? Was it an attempt to mislead other potential clients into thinking they are better than what they really are? This is exceptionally unethical behavior from a business!
