I used Payfast to make a purchase from Natural Living. They didn't deliver the product. Trying to contact Payfast is useless. You get a bot and then it says they don't process refunds. I am never using Payfast again.
I bought collagen for over a thousand rands. No communication whatsoever from Tom Jackson or whatever his name is. Messages went unanswered. I must go to the bank now to have my money refunded.
I received an email and an SMS very early in the morning informing me that my order was out for delivery and giving me the pin. After 8 hours I called the number that was in the email. They told me the parcel will be delivered on 30 July. Then the Ladysmith office told me that they couldn't pick up the waybill. Then later yes the parcel is in Ladysmith but it will take 4 days to deliver it to me. What the actual hell?
These guys are such bullies and are so rude. They have been calling me and emailing me about my Telkom account!! They never keep up to date. I swear they are a pain in the @#!$.
Cartrack is making me pay for a device that is no longer in my possession. I am simply giving my money away. They refused to remove it and to transfer it to my new vehicle. I am never doing business with them and I do not recommend them at all. I have nothing against the agent who called me, but I do have beef with the company.
I was assisted by Sokhana Sinama from 4-sure regarding my claim. She kept on calling me to update me about the service providers and the challenges that they were facing. Keep up the good work Sokhana. 👏
I have had a life cover policy with Old Mutual since 2001. I recently discovered that for some reason they negligently canceled my life cover and only kept the funeral benefits. When I called, the woman I spoke with said this happened because they migrated to a new system etc. Now when I call them after their failure to get back to me, I can't get hold of them. I want them to refund me all my premiums from 2001. ****** leeches.
The consultant who handled my call and organized assistance for me was very professional in her handling of the matter. However I not happy about their extra excess. They didn't even take the fact that I have never claimed into consideration 😒. I might start shopping around for a new insurer.
What stands out for me is the response regarding communication. They do get back to me.
I am still waiting for my products which I was supposed to receive in 2020. I have been communicating with Richard's PA because Richard is too high and mighty to respond to emails or calls. I think I must just email Mr Malema. He will help for sure.
