Very dishonest no care for customers. My mom was terminaly ill my brother so my brother was unable to use their service. He was with in the cooling period to recieve his R5000 refund.
But they said that thier 7 days includes weekends and public holidays which is not stated in the contract.
The pa to director gave us the run around for weeks and adressed my brother with an incorrect name and blocked him and threatened legal action go read their facebook reviews and see they have no compassion or care or basic customer service
