I was contacted by "The Owner" on my google review and informed: "This is certainly not the way we treat our clients or conduct our business. Please contact the Head office in Durban ... "
After reaching out to them as requested I was replied to by someone called "Brian Gray" and was told :" I would like to assist you in the concern you raised on our review page. Please feel free to pop me a mail when you are available for us to discuss the matter"
After then replying to Brian, I didn't hear back from them. So I waited 8 days before finally following up again and was then told by Brian: " Sorry for the late response, its been a mad house here. I was advised that this matter was dealt with you through our lawyers. "
Seems then this is EXACTLY how Hair Renewal Studios does business! They make fake promises they CAN NOT KEEP and set unrealistic expectations!
I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted by the terrible service provided by them yet again!
Why would this company even make a fake promise like this on a public review? Was it all just to try and save face? Was it an attempt to mislead other potential clients into thinking they are better than what they really are?
This is exceptionally unethical behavior from a business!
