Received the worst service ever yesterday afternoon from a woman by the name "Pattalia"(not even sure if thats her real name or not because she refused to give me her surname), refused to assist me because she wanted to go home and it was not eve home time yet. She was giving me a bad attitude. Sies...!(spits on the floor)
I was debited R126 by Straton!Its shocking and scary how they got my bank details without me.This is fraud!I don't even know this company.I want my money back and an explanation as to where they got my bank details!
I placed an order on the 23rd of November. A week later a received a mail, indicating that my order will be delivered shortly there is a delay. Thereafter i never heard from them again. I then started sending emails to find out where my goods were with no response. I have been waiting for it for almost a month now and I really need to get my order and leave for my holiday. The I try calling, and my call would get dropped. And still today i don't not have my order, which i paid delivery for. This is beyond POOR SERVICES!!!
