Calitz Real Estate ( Unprofessionalism)

I have been battling now for almost 2 months to get my deposit back from Calitz Real Estate. My wife has been sending them mails regarding the matter, even the owner of the property has sent them mails to pay our deposit back immediately. However Calitz Real Estate doesn’t respond the ant of our mails. And when the owner of the house contacted the owner of Calitz. She said that the book keeper will make a payment. However that was 3 weeks ago, and still no payment has been received and still no person at Calitz can tell us when the payment will be made.
