Unprofessional and ********* Company
I would recommend you stay away from this company if you want professionalism and fair treatment as a tenant. They will likely ***** from your deposit one way or another through blaming you for things that are not your responsibility, but the landlords like painting the walls before you leave.

Calizt is Real-ly rubbish at Real Estate
Calitz Real Estate is Real-ly Rubbish at rental administration! In a recent exchange with them, I pointed out that an item in the apartment, the stove and oven, was due for replacement due to wear and tear. I asked that they "go and bat for me" with the owner for a new setup. The numbers markings on the oven are all but gone and the stove plates are as old as the apartment itself, about 30 years? Their answer, from the owner no doubt, is that it's wear and tear and I was aware of it when I moved in. WHAT??? It's the SPOT ON reason as to why something SHOULD be replaced. Yet they choose to just ignore the fact that I could burn the entire complex down if I wanted to use the stove and oven. Their agents are lazy, useless, and have no intention to "service" their customers. They are getting their commission and the renters can go fly a kite! Never rent a property through them!!

Providing one star is giving too much, but I did not have an option of anything lower on the scale. Once to let out your place with this firm, you are basically on your own. Poor service throughout, to the point of it almost being an ombudsman matter, You will be returned a property that has been trashed, with Calitz shrugging its shoulders. Even dicey second hand car salesman have more business ethics.

Totally unprofessional
Totally unprofessional. Set up viewing with agent Robyn Hill. Waited for her but no show. Upon calling she told me she has another appointment and went on to blame me for her not showing up. Her attitude over the phone was uncalled for. Definitely would not recommend using her services.

Calitz Real Estate ( Unprofessionalism)
I have been battling now for almost 2 months to get my deposit back from Calitz Real Estate. My wife has been sending them mails regarding the matter, even the owner of the property has sent them mails to pay our deposit back immediately. However Calitz Real Estate doesn’t respond the ant of our mails. And when the owner of the house contacted the owner of Calitz. She said that the book keeper will make a payment. However that was 3 weeks ago, and still no payment has been received and still no person at Calitz can tell us when the payment will be made.
