Disgusting service from Makro Amanzimtoti. We took our inverter in for repairs. This was sent off and upon collection we were told it had been repaired. A week later the same issue arose again. We took it back again were then told on the job card it stated customer to replace batteries. Not 1 of the makro staff informed us of this and then what exactly took 4 weeks to repair! Anyhow, we had a few managers present, one of which said he really values customer service, would send the inverter again and call us with feedback on the following Monday, nothing. After 4 weeks I called him, he apologized said he was ill but someone should have phoned ne. Said he would call me back. It's 2 days later and no call! I demand a refund on this inverter and feel that there has been absolutely no customer service from Makro Amanzimtoti!
This company does not respond to emails timeously, or at all! My order was late. Staff raise their voices and are rude. Do not like they want business. Last time my friend and I buy from them..
We were told by the estate agent that he would collect the outstanding funds due to us for rental of our unit. It has been over a year and a half and we have never received our money! Shocking!!!!
