Appalling service. I have always had an android and.my husband and son love apple - for my birthday we agreed it was time for me to join the apple family. We are still waiting for a call regarding stock of the I phone 17 so we bought it from Incredible Connection (shout out to them following). Had a problem with our linked accounts so waited and went in at 9am today to get some help in resetting a password. We were told that the technician was busy and I said we would wait. We did. For 40 minutes (no problem she was helping a client) and was then told that we could not be helped as we needed an appointment. I was furious, tell us that when we come in and we would go have breakfast or come back but to watch us wait, and even hear me ask if there is only one technician and then tell me you can't help is insulting. Then I was utterly humiliated as the technician spoke to the previous customer in Setswana about me and told her I hadn't made an appointment. My husband speaks fluent Setswana and berated her for her lack of professionalism in talking about me to another client and no one being willing to assist us despite patiently waiting. I called the manager who was the representative we told we would wait to and he said my bad. REALLY? Apple we expect more from an IStore. 1 technician to 7 sales people, a lack of basic respect, professionalism and communication. Instead of me telling everyone how amazing my phone is I will be telling them how terrible the service and support is. We went back to Incredible Connection who helped us in 10 minutes for R250. Wow. Such a high value product and brand and your customers are treated with careless disregard. My birthday and I left humiliated and disappointed. Invest in your staff and your services or expect me to persuade my family to move to Android. How to ruin a special birthday gift and family moment by humiliating a mother and wife in front of her family.
They took our money, disappeared and after a scathing review contacted us and said it wasn't a **** they had changed hands. we asked for the product (how foolish) instead of a refund and have neer heard from them since. This was June. We ordered and paid up front for a jacket.
Absolutely heartbroken a total ******* Ordered a F1 jacket for my son's 16th birthday and received a tracking number and no further contact. They do not answer the whatsapp, the website has disappeared and I do not know how to find them. I have seen other people review them as HYP.Court with the same problem. Watch out total *****sters
Disgusting. Just queued for 45mins to watch Endgame. People jumping queue no staff to manage lines. Finally get there and no tickets for this or any other show today. Really? All the poor paying customers queuing out of the complex behind us. Pathetic service for a day our family was looking forward to. In car.park with slush puppies and coke but no movie... wake up ster kinekor. From now on will wait for movies to be streamed. Ster kinekor this is your endgame.
Overcharged and no response from UBER. Am so angry- booked an uber car from the airport with a quote of R420 but R711.13 deducted and wrong address invoiced. Have sent two messages and not even an automated response. My first Uber and my last!
On 5 November I placed an order for a large turkey to make sure I would one for Christmas. To date i have received no call and so I checked up on the status of my order in Rustenburg Woolworths. Not only was my order never placed, followed up on but it was suggested I did not even place it. I asked for.the manager and found it in the file - they could not - but I have been informed that this is the second year Turkeys are not sold. Seriously- a traditional dish for many of your customers - please explain this policy and your inept handling of my order so that I have less than a week to find a turkey for my family's christmas meal. Watch me source every single ingredient from a shop tbat values my loyalty and I will complain bitterly on social media about this change of policy.
I bought a laptop on 24th November 2017. To date I have phoned, emailed and visited the store and still do not have an expected delivery date. No one answers the customer care phone (have phoned 6 times) or the email. I have phoned the store 5 times and been redirected and fobbed off till my head spins. I have visited the store 3 times and nobody can help me and I keep getting told to try again and I am not the only customer complaining. No surprise there then. I am now going to demand a refund and without an apology and/or explanation I will never shop there again and shall loudly and repeatedly tell to all that will listen to spend their hard earned money at a shop that respects their customers Disgusted.
