I have been a client with Stylez Gym for almost a year now. Never missed a payment and have continued even though the Durban branch's equipment is running at 70%. Nevertheless the last three months they have double and sometimes tripled depot order off my account. Now....after three months of trying to get hold of their head office (seems to be non existent) yesterday I was told to forward an email to get refund on my account. Now someone needs to explain.... Firstly why was I never contacted? When I told the problem existed they seemed to know already what the issue was. Secondly, there previous management was fired due to theft however it seems to be an existing problem. Thirdly...if I had not contacted them they would have kept on accessing my account fraudulently and still they tried again this morning. What is going on there. They need to be stopped.
