I don't even want to give this place ONE star! Had an APPOINTMENT as discussed via telephone yesterday with them. Today when I arrived for my dog's appointment (only for a cut (that I also mentioned when I booked the appointment)), they told me to wait over an hour before they could help me (and this was not even said politely)... just "sit there and wait". When I said that I am not going to sit there and wait over an hour because we have other plans for the day they still refused to help. I specifically said, when I made the appointment, that I want to be present when my dog is groomed because he is old and anxious, and they said that it is fine. After I told them how unbelievably unprofessional they are, the one woman (think her name is Meisie) told me that If I react like I do all the time "she doesn't want to know what it's like in my house"..... this is the way they talk to their customers, and this is the way they treat people who pay them for a service. All of this AFTER AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE AND EVERYTHING WAS DISCUSSED AND AGREED ON OVER THE TELEPHONE!! I am very disgusted and actually shocked!! Extremely disappointed and will never support them. I suggest to everyone not to even try to go there. You will waste your time and will be treated like you or your pet don't matter. The image of what they portray and what they actually present is complete opposites. Save yourself the stress and rather go somewhere where people actually want your business. I will take this issue as far and wide as possible.
