Total lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by Pharmacist Luke. I have supported this pharmacy for many years and am very disappointed. I will not be returning.
I have been unable to use my 22seven budgeting app as from the end of October 2017. From 31 October, my bank accounts have not been syncing and updating on the 22seven platform meaning that all of my current account transactions are missing from this date onwards. I logged a query with 22seven on 10th November and have since followed up over 10 times - the issue is still not resolved (it is with their "data" team) and my household budget is now a month and a half out of date. This is an amazing app but in order for it to be useful it needs to consistently work at all times - otherwise the whole point of trying to budget goes out of the window! I have even brought in my private bank to try and assist with resolution but nothing has progressed. Please 22seven - resolve this or give me feedback!
