Stay far away from Kenny and Linda Falck - they ll take your money and that s the end of it.
Line went dead on Oct 30 - and was very bad after the initial fix. Noise on the line, internet dropping all the time. Several techs reported several problems. Fault got escalated, ' fixed' re-opened etc. , but was never fixed. The line went dead again on Dec 20, and has been dead since. Have not seen or spoken to a tech since, and get different excuses every time I call (with my cellphone) the helpdesk. Telkom 's service is shoddy throughout the year, but non existent in December
