I ordered the double breast pump, it worked for 2 weeks then died. Unfortunately no response from leche mum. I would think twice before ordering this breastpump
My family and i were moving from Richardsbay to Durban between 21-22 December and we chose to use intertrans as they advertised themselves as effecient and professional. The original moving date was 22 and 23 but the company requested to make it earlier which we accommodated despite the fact that i would have to drive back from Durban to Richardsbay the next day for work. This company made our move a living nightmare!!!! Firstly, we paid the company R15500 upfront plus insurance cover a couple of weeks before the move and mind you they did not have to chase after us to get this money. Then firstly on the day of the move the company arrived late at our house when we had sacrifised our sleep to wake up very early to get going. They failed to be professional by letting us know there will be delays. When we called them they kept giving us inaccurate times of arrival blaming another customer they were delivering to who gave them a wrong address. They still insisted they will be done packing and out of the house by 17h00, we were only done at 19h40 and at this point our 11 month old had no bed to sleep on and was very grumpy. After all the nightmare of them arriving late and inconveniencing us, on the day of loading, the following day the company manager called me and told me they will be charging us extra money as the boxes he originally quoted us on were exceeded (mind you he said he is experienced and is accurate at estimating required boxes when he came to quote us) and there were other things we put in the truck he had not seen when he came for the quotation like a wheelbarrow which was in the toolshed when he came to qoute us, which he chose not to enter into (is there a family without a wheelbarrow ?) So when they saw all these extra things they wanted to charge us for at loading, they did not tell us they will charge us extra, they just said they will look for space in the truck and they loaded them. In Durban 2 hours before truck came to off load the company called to inform us of these extra charges and refused to unpack our goods unless we pay them this supposed R1200 extra money even though we had verbally said we will pay it. They caused such commotion about this mere R1200 after we paid them R15500 upfront (i think we had earned our trust by now). My husband had to shout and take drastic action until the neighbors callled the police ???? before they unloaded. We were treated so unfairly and when we kept complaining about the mistreatment the manager kept insisting he wants to resolve this amicably though he was bullying us.
