i would like to log a complain against a Nurse who attended me today at Brits Clinic who revealed my status .Instead of telling me the procedure she called other nurses and reveal my status in front of them.My first pregnancy was at high risk so i went to book today to avoid that instead they chase me away without helping me .I told them i didnt have time as i am working in Joburg but now since i move to Brits now can they please assist me to avoid that danger that i faced with my first pregnancy.
I took my father's deceased documents inclucise of his id &death cert & my deceased mother's death certificate to request letter of authority & bank statement on the deceased account. My expectation was that the account will be frozen as it happens on my deceased mother's account. I discovered there were withdrawls after i noticed the bank my father was deceased. To date the bank did not provide a satisfactory responce on matter & no monies have been refunded by the bank according to the letters of correspondece from the bank. Can i kindly receive help to put matter at rest.
