I am very impressed by their services. They phoned me every day to provide feedback and updated statuses/information on my connection. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to speak to a person and not have to chat on whatsapp or a client zone portal. They were empathetic when I was struggling with the cancellation of my previous provider and assisted me along the way. I look forward to a long and happy customer relationship with them. I ordered the sunflower smiley pot for my daughters 20th birthday. What I received is absolutely shocking. Wilted and almost dead sunflowers. The other purple flowers look like they were just thrown in. I cannot believe Netflorist let the delivery go out like that. Im am shock and extremely dissapointed.
I ordered 4 medal hangers. 1 cricket; 2 karate and 1 soccer. These were to b Christmas presents for my son and nephews. I was told I would receive deliver before Wednesday 20 December. On the Thursday I phoned the office which said the subscriber is unavailable. I tried the cell phone number at least 5 times. I send 2 WhatsApp’s which were read, but no reply. On Friday I sent another one and got a reply from the MD at around 9am saying he would look into my order he promises. I sent another 2 WhatsApp’s after 3 pm as I heard nothing. I’ve tried phoning again and it just rings. I’ve sent another three WhatsApp’s which have been read but no reply. I have nothing to give my nephews for Christmas. It’s feels like I’ve been scammed!!
