Makro online is the worst
Buying from Makro online has been the worst online experience I have ever had. I placed the order and then they delivered an electronic item with courier guy, courier guy is known for mishandling and damaging parcels, and it was so my box was completely smashed, the box was wet and broken and the item was falling out on the one end. I immediately logged a return and refund. This was 6 weeks ago I have phone numerous times to follow up regarding my refund and I only get a call centre saying they will escalate. Do not support this platform they are absolutely terrible! Joe Danneberg

Simply Asia Durbanville - Terrible let down
Simply Asia Durbanville - We had the WORST experience ever! We had terrible service and terrible food at the Simply Asia in Durbanville about Jan 2021 , then June 2021 we sadly decided to give them a second chance. We waited more than an hour for our food while there was hardly any full tables and when the food arrived it was incredibly watered down and tasteless. The table next to us also complained about the service and quality of the food. What a terrible let down as we used to love Simply Asia.
