I'm absolutely shocked at the service I just received from an operator at the Accelerating department contact number 0800253263. Telkom cannot provide a service due to my Dad not been connected to a tower that can accommodate him, of which he resides on my property yet is connected to a different tower. The operator advised me to get in touch with another Service provider like Neotel or Nashua Mobile. I informed the operator that Telkom are changing their services and chasing their so called valued clients away.
Brendan Pottier was absolutely exceptional during lockdown. I had huge concerns about my holiday and passport and he assisted promptly. He also kept me abreast things happening that I wasn't aware of but found solutions. He also assisted with other unrelated travel that I desperately needed guidance with. His service has always and continues to be phenomenal and he's highly recommended by me.
I went to The Wimpy in the Pavillion Durban and their salads are not standard, there are a lot of added items that I can't eat. I asked the waitress if I could rather just have a normal green salad with a bit of strips of chicken. She had to find out from her Manager first. Upon her return she indicated to me that this would be the very last time that they accommodate me because Wimpy has a standard menus that they can't deviate from. I was rather shocked at this reply. What happened to good old fashioned customer service. Im not asking a lot, just a normal salad. Its very sad thst our Country lacks excellent service and this I've learned because when I travelled to Thailand their service is PHENOMINAL, they go out of their way to ensure their customer is completely satisfied.
