Failure to refund me my money

I booked a one day stay at Soweto Lebo Backpackers via Agoda online services. The booking was for the 23rd until the 24th of December. The booking was done on the 22nd of December. The room I booked was going to charge me R450. Within an hour of booking, due to unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled my booking but still Soweto Lebo Backpackers debited the money from my account. I raised the issue with both services (AGODA and Soweto Lebo Backpackers ). The property owners claim they have refunded me back my money but my bank statement says otherwise. I haven't received it back. In essence, I haven't received my refund.
