I’ve wrote my complaint on their instagram and you know what they doing instead of responding or apologising,they delete the comment.i can see it using my instagram but when i check the comment using somebody else’s the comment is not showing.I bought sandals in December and the strip broke 2 weeks ago.i no longer have the slip so if they check on their system they can’t find the shoes which means in their opinion “the shoes are over six months” I bought the shoes in December which makes it less then 6 month,I don’t know how is that any of my business that they can’t find it on the system I bought the shoes after the 25/12/2024 because I wanted to wear them on New Year’s Eve
came to the the salon today in Gateway to do my nails.id did french and i must say i am not happy at all.the nails are not neatly done,the shape is not the same and the are nails that are big then others.the french shape is not the same.if i went to Sorbet i would have paid less and get perfect nails.i regret coming to you guys.
I went to zara in GATEWAY Mall to buy a white top because I was going to attend a function that required "White on denim" to my surprise the Shirt had a make up around the neck part. I didn't get time to fit it at the store of which that's when I would have been able to notice the make up,and i only saw the make up when I got home while I was doing the fitting. I wanted to return it on Saturday but I couldn't because my family and myself were leaving for Christmas on Saturday morning.when we came back yesterday morning I went in gateway so I can do the exchange since I was attending the function that I bought the Shirt for yesterday. I was so irate because the Manager in Gateway told me that they don't do exchanges for clothes that have make up on it.she told me "we don't sell any clothes that have make up,i recently got myself a warning for doing an exchange for a shirt that had make up" she told me as a customer to send you and email myself so I can get the t-shirts that was sold to me by your stuff with make up.i was soooo disappointed of the customer service I received from the "Management " she was indirectly telling me that I'm telling a lie. Mind you this is not the first time this month that I'm returning a Shirt.i bought a shirt for the baby shower that I was going to attend and It had make up at the back of it but luckily the Manager that was available on that day did do an exchange for me. I find it every sad that a big store like this can do such negligence , I always see stuff walking around setting up the stock they should be able to identify if the are clothes that have make up,its not my job as a customer to do that that's why I always like to go to zara but hey look at what zara did to me. I have now wasted my time writting this email,ive wasted my petrol driving to zara to do the exchange and only to be told indirectly that Im lieng. I would like to get my refund as I nolonger even want to do an exchange .please rectify this as I am not happy,i ended up wearing what I have in my closet because the Manager refused to do the exchange.what a waste of my time and petrol.i even wanted to send an email hoping that you will reply while I was still at the store and the Manager told me you won't respond immediately since it's a holiday. Please refund my money.
