My daughter booked a spa pedicure with gel polish with a soak off for the both of us.The service I received from the beginning was the worst and if I could give them a zero rating I would. 1st they forgot that I was waiting for the appointment that I made prior, I approached the receptionist and was told I will be seen to, she then requested I have my soak off done while I sit at the front as they took a walk in customer, while I had an appointment. I was treated very poorly and I had, had pedicures at other salons and this was the worst. No apologises for their bad service. Mind you they even asked me to move to another seat after waiting for 45 minutes for my pedi, because another walking person with her friends wanted to sit together. It was the worst experience ever, very unprofessional, staff not apologetic.

I had acrylic French tips done on Tuesday. That same afternoon the white paint peeled off. I went back on Wednesday to redo it. It peeled again. I returned to the store on Friday and was told i can have it redone. I chose not to because it was my birthday and I didn't want to spend more time at the salon. the lady we spoke to said there was a problem with the white nail polish. I asked why they are still using it if it is inferior. no response. I asked for a credit or refund and they are not allowed to do this. I sent an email stating my complaint. I have not had the courtesy of a response. I paid R 500 and my nails didn't even last one day! absolutely disappointed. Waste of time and money.

This nail place, was so understanding and accommodating, I remember I mistakened this spa for the another place and when I got to them they still made a booking for me, I really appreciated it because I needed my nails done for a shoot the next day, they saved my life. Haha😉

came to the the salon today in Gateway to do my nails.id did french and i must say i am not happy at all.the nails are not neatly done,the shape is not the same and the are nails that are big then others.the french shape is not the same.if i went to Sorbet i would have paid less and get perfect nails.i regret coming to you guys.

I paid R700 for eye lashes which started falling out in less then two full weeks. I went on Instagram and asked first before calling in to complain; how long do their eye lashes last. Their response was 2-3 weeks. I called and complained the manager was very rude and patronising. I asked for her name and she dropped the call on me. Worst service ever.

Bad service from the lady who did my nails on the 16/10/2022. The lady kept pushing down the metal sc****r on my cuticles when s****ing off the gel of my previous set and she also filed over my cuticles while filing my nails - when gel grows out, it is about 2-3 mm away from your cuticle so I don’t know why the sc****r and file had to go over my skin over and over again on each finger. I’ve certainly never had this experience from a nail tech before. This caused my cuticles to feel raw, hence when she proceeded to push my cuticles back and clipped them, I was in a lot of pain. She thereafter, hit my cuticles with the buffing block and I felt sharp pain in my left ring finger. So I stopped her and asked her to just stop after the rubber base was applied. When I complained at reception, I was told my cuticles are sensitive. Mind you, I have gotten my nails done my Precious and Samke before at the same store, I’ve never been in pain, I’ve never had my cuticles and skin of my fingers filed over. I have been getting my nails done for years, my cuticles were never ‘sensitive’. It’s common sense if you continuously rub over your skin with a rough tool, it will begin to bruise. My ring finger did bleed after I left the store. So, you cannot claim my fingers are sensitive when your staff member was purely incompetent. I want a refund for the service I paid for. Will not be returning to the store.

I'm honestly disgusted with the unprofessional ethic from the salon coming from a retail worker myself! We went in to get a wash and set to be told no one was available at 2pm round about this was.. Even better the lady looked at me from head to toe and then rolled eyes there after we were seen to by a lady at the front desk who took 3 min to finish what was done on her fone to assist us it's pathetic what low class service u give a paying customer!
