***** involving R18000 purchased from Makro online was committed on my Builders' RCS account in April last year. NFO took on my case and many others involving *****ulent trabsactions on RCS accounts. RCS appointed VVM attorneys to harass me for money..Every time attorneys phone me I tell them to contact NFO with my reference number. I have emailed them many times with details but makes NO difference.
Had issues with Wimpy at gateway serving smaller portions. Asked for breakfast and told waiter I want LOTS of bacon. Meal came with lots of bacon so was happy. But bill came and waiter had charged me R17 for extra bacon. Ruined it. Still no response from Wimpy after my last complaint
Had Mediterranean breakfast at Circus Circus gateway- was almost good except for potatoe rosties- they were rock hard and could not be eaten. Loved the large portion of mushrooms. Waiter took the rosties back but did not offer a replacement. Disappointing.
Thanks to Adam of Fluidra for sorting my pool cleaner issue. Bought a Zodiac pacer- when unpacked it the apparatus was already assembled- just connected the pipes. The pool cleaner remained on the pool floor and did not go up the walls. Phoned Adam and he sent his assistant to help. Discovered that the blue pad was put on the wrong way! Replaced the right way and works wonderfully yay. Won't trust prepacked stuff again!!
Ate at Wimpy gateway this morning. Ordered the usual breakfast with sausages, bacon, eggs and toast. Was stunned by the downsizing- the sausages were much smaller and the 2 bacon pieces were tiny. Price the same. Very disappointing as I eat there often.
Ordered a Tomahawk chop at R200. Was tough like rubber. Took long to arrive so did not send back as time was limited. Meat old?
Have insurance with AA. My friend used my car and ran out of petrol. I phoned AA and they said I had to be at the car. What happens if I am in no shape to drive and person helping me gets stuck?

Had an *********** waitress Nkule and unhelpful manager Nick. Asked for double up breakfast and extra avo to be added and one price to appear to get my discount- the gateway Winpy always does this. The waitress said she would do it. Bill came and not done - manager just said their system different to gateway- no offer of compensation to my loss of R100.
Had over R18000 *****ulently spent on my Builder's account which is part of RCS. My case is with NFO as they are dealing with many such *****ulent cases due to inside leak from RCS. Attorneys VVM contacted me offering a 70% discount on what I owed. But they are not willing to provide me with a "paid up my RCS account * letter after I paid the balance once the discount had been app**** When I told such to RCS they said they would never allow a 70% discount. Attorneys are horribly devious.
