Terrible service. Food was cold. After I complained the pay point waiter was patronizing! Asked if we are from SA. I'm from KZN!!!! Afrikaans dude was rude. Where was the manager??? Not there . We we've just moved here... won't get back.
I ordered a flexible hose for R199 and was informed it was no longer available. It reappeared at R249 within two days. Feel ******!!
On 12 June 23 I called Vodacom to request a reduction in my line rental from RED Flexi 600 to a reduced RED Flexi line rental on my current contract. Nothing complicated. After explaining my request to the Vodacom agent, I received a quotation for the RED Flexi 200 Line Rental, and a few days later I received a new SIM card, (for the Flexi 200) followed by an invoice on 16 June 23 for this line rental. I DID NOT ASK FOR A NEW SIM or a separate line rental / number! I asked for a reduction on my line Rental on my current cell contract. After numerous calls to Vodacom explaining this seemingly deliberate error on the agent's side, I was told it would be escalated. 19 June 23: I sent an email to Vodacom customer care, explaining the misunderstanding and asking for this Quotation to be cancelled, as well as the collection of the SIM. 20 June 23: A Vodacom agent advised that RAM would return to collect this SIM card. I am still waiting!! I have been Invoiced for this SIM for June, July and Aug totaling R 518.00. Could a capable Vodacom employee please intervene, as I'm being charged for something I did not ask for!!! I have not used this SIM, which is still wrapped in its original packaging and have no intention of using it. Please collect it, cancel this line and refund my account! Melissa
Sbu Dladla at FNB Underberg Branch deserves a gold medal! After weeks of battling with the personal loans department, I went into my local FNB branch as a last resort. Sbu immediately stepped in and within a few days successfully resolved the problem. I am very grateful to this man. Sbu's communication skills are outstanding and kept me in the the picture all the way. He will be an asset to any bank! Thank you again Sbu. Rgds Melissa.
After countless emails and online complaints with FNB Personal loans, all I get are standard responses and no resolution to the problem. After settling my personal loan early (as per Fnbs settlement quotation) in March, another debit order was taken from my account in April plus service fees. Can anyone out there tell me how I get my refund???
My partner is terminally ill with a brain tumour... He is still waiting for his monthly IPP payment. Besides the obvious inconvenience of not being able to service monthly financial commitments, his cancer medication is very expensive and it seems it would appear that Liberty don't give a damn! Thanks for NO COMMUNICATION. A call was made to Desire Goldman (COO) on Friday 29 Dec 17 at 12:30 midday for assistance... The call was cancelled. Happy New Year !
