Poor, poor, poor service. I'm on day 18 of my application and to date have had NO feedback of any kind from this company. The only information (which is useless anyway) I got, was by phoning in myself.....What a disaster! Spent one and a half hour on the phone last week Friday. I'm sure the cumulative time waiting to be assisted on the phone is in excess of 3 hours for these 18 days. My router was promised to me on Friday and again Saturday but needless to say, still nothing! The so called tracking number that was given to me on Friday for the courier company does not exist either (I checked with the courier company). A maximum of 14 days for installation and activation was promised to me on numerous occasions. I'm on day 18 already! Are you contravening your own policy? The most upsetting part is that I do not have other options of ISP's to choose from in my neighborhood. For some reason SADV and Vumatel has created this convenient monopoly which I can't seem to get around. So this means that they are doing false advertising by claiming they are an open access network provider! In these covid times one will think that network and internet service providers will do there utmost best to successfully secure as many clients as possible, but I would like to say to the management at SADV that with this kind of service delivery you are going to eat the dust of other suppliers.
This venue has No regard for their neighbors. Lately no function is without incident, violence or disturbance of peace. South African Police and other security companies are always involved. During the last function some of the neighbors were even threatened by clients of the venue. Management ignores pleas from the community and continue to contravene municipal by-laws like: General conduct, Obstruction of traffic, Cleanliness of streets, Playing of musical or noisy instruments for income, Disturbance of public peace, Loitering in streets, Consuming of alcohol in streets and public places, Community noise control!
