I am on special services the one that they give discount and my services were suspended 4 times in dec I don't understand for what reason coz I paid what I was supposed to pay, iv been phoning them with no answer and I ended up phoning multichoice they were helping with reconnection but couldn't check why they were disconnected Iv spend a lot of airtime already and m not happy about it. on the 2nd of jan I phoned and was told that they are going to call me back but they never did I phoned again on the 3rd and was told they will call after 3 hours still waiting, now they going to add reconnection fee. what a poor service.
