I bought a wallet from VIP Club/ Willberrys late December 2017. The description of the wallet read that it can hold up to 7 cards, coins and notes. When I received the wallet utter dissapointment is an understatement. It is the size of a childrens wallet, can hold 3 cards by squeezeing them in, and cannot hold any coins. I wrote a review of the wallet on Facebook, and was contacted by Willberrys, stating that I can return the product if I'm not satisfied. I did exactly that, as I have no use for an impractical wallet. This is where the fun starts. I am informed by Willberrys that I should courier the wallet back to a third party, at my own costs. I then complain, stating that the courier costs, including the courier costs for initial delivery(which is not refundable), will cost me R320, for a product that cost R501. Willberrys responds, stating that they will pay R99 for the return courier. I thought the matter was settled and I intended to return the wallet the very next day. Unfortunately the employee, Steven, then felt the need to act in a juvenile and passive aggressive manner towards me, stating that had I been nicer, they would have paid back more money (??), calling me nasty and merciless - all after the matter was settled according to me. As a conclusion Steven stated that I did not have to change my Negative Facebook Review, to which I replied after his passive aggressive attack I do not intend to change the review. Today, after confirming that they will refund the return of the wallet, I am informed that they will no longer be refunding me as there is nothing wrong with the wallet. Interestingly, their return policy states that they will refund ALL PRODUCTS for ANY REASON should the customer be unhappy. This is clearly just lip service - lying to customers to put them at ease before purchase. This company lies, passes the buck and changes their tune just as it suits them - with no regard to their customers. All communications with me has seized - via email and Facebook. Now I'm stuck with the most expensive children's wallet known to man. Stay away from this company and their passive aggressive manner of dealing with customers. You will receive no assistance should there be fault with your purchase.
