Terrible service from Onsite Appliance Repairs
I got the worst service from this company onsite Appliance Repairs. They fixed my washing machine at the end of October and I experienced problems the next month. I have been calling them and they have been promising to come and assist me but never showed up until today. I feel like I wasted R3300 for nothing even though I was promised 6 months guarantee. Be careful people, I do not want to see you in the same position as I am.

Poor service
I didn’t have connection for 6 days and was charged for the full amount. When I complained they told me that their turnaround time is 5 days and the fault was caused by the service provider . I don’t have a contract with their service provider though.
